This policy explains how Binora Projects ("Binora", "we", "us"), an interior design, renovation and turnkey solutions business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data of people who contact us through our website, our Instagram and Facebook pages, Meta lead forms, WhatsApp, email or other messaging channels.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us:
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and your social media or messenger username.
- Project details: property type and location, size or layout, budget, timeline, goals and any files or photos you send us.
- Messages you send to us by direct message, WhatsApp, email or through a form.
- Technical data when you visit this website, such as browser type, device and pages viewed, if analytics are enabled.
When you submit a lead form on Instagram or Facebook, the information you enter in the form is passed to us by Meta Platforms. We do not receive any other data from your Meta account beyond what the form shares.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare proposals, estimates and project plans you request.
- To deliver materials you asked for, for example a design guide or presentation.
- To manage our client communication and improve our services.
- To send you information about our services, only if you agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.

We process your data based on your consent (for example, when you submit a form or message us) and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We handle personal data in line with the laws that apply to our business in the UAE, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

- Service providers that help us run our business, such as messaging, email, CRM, chatbot and cloud storage tools, strictly for the purposes above.
- Partners involved in your project, such as engineers, contractors and suppliers, and only the details needed to deliver your project, with your knowledge.
- Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. In that case we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
6. Social media platforms
Our Instagram and Facebook pages and lead forms are provided by Meta Platforms. Meta processes data under its own privacy policy. We recommend you read it before using these services. The same applies to WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms where you may contact us.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and legal obligations. If you do not become a client, we delete inquiry data within 24 months of our last contact, or earlier if you ask.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data for marketing or withdraw your consent at any time.
9. How to request deletion or access
Email binora.project@gmail.com from the address you used with us, or message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 539 1775, with the subject "Privacy request" and a short description of what you need. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or payment card numbers through messages or forms.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of our website and services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
